“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” —1 Corinthians 10:31 (NIV)
Daily routines can feel dull and repetitive. Dishes, meetings, school runs, errands—the grind of life rarely feels spiritual. But the beauty of God’s design is that even the ordinary can become sacred when done for His glory.
Jesus Himself lived many quiet, everyday moments before His public ministry began. He worked with His hands, honored His family, and grew in wisdom and favor. This reminds us that God is not just present in big spiritual experiences but also in the rhythm of daily life.
Invite God into your routine. Offer each task—no matter how small—as an act of worship. There’s grace in the grind when we do it with Him, for Him, and through Him.
Lord, thank You for being present in the ordinary moments of my life. Help me to see Your grace in my daily routines. Teach me to honor You with every task, knowing that even the small things matter in Your kingdom. Amen.
