Devotion
Change is a constant part of life, and sometimes it hits hardest when our well-laid plans fall apart. We may feel disappointed, frustrated, or even betrayed. But God’s plans are always better than ours, even when we can’t see the full picture.
Trusting God means surrendering control and believing He is guiding your steps—even through detours and delays. Every shift in direction is an invitation to depend more deeply on Him.
When plans change, take a breath. Ask God what He wants to do in and through the change. He is faithful, even in the unexpected.
Prayer
Father, I give You my plans. When things don’t go as I hoped, help me trust that Your ways are better. Lead me with Your wisdom and give me peace in the process. Amen.
